The Association would like to update our members of the current modes of In-Principle Support (IPS) application with effect from 1 May 2021.
Mode 1 – Via hard copy to MOM
- Download and complete the IPS application form as a softcopy
- Print the application form and get it signed
- Post the completed application and required documents to the following address:

You will receive the result by post within 2 weeks.
Mode 2 – Submit appeal through iSubmit
- Visit iSubmit
- Under Request Type, choose option 6 and upload your appeal and any supporting documents.
