Process Industry Dinner and Durian Appreciation Night

About 150 representatives from 77 member companies and industry partners attended the inaugural Process Industry Dinner & Durian Appreciation Night at SPRUCE @ Firestation, after the AGM on 10 July 2019.
Two HR experts were invited to share interesting insights on understanding and hiring employees using colour personality tests. Mr. Thomas Lim, General Manager, ACI HR Solutions, spoke on “Hiring Strategies – How to Attract and Retain Top Talent in Your Organisation”, white Mr. Chris Cherry, General Manager, Equilibria, introduced the “Personality Diversity Indicator” and “How to Understand Personalities and Work with People Who May be Different From You”.
The most anticipated highlight of the night was the inaugural Durian Appreciation where 4 cultivars of durian were introduced to the guests. The interactive session helped demystify myths about durians, as the guests savoured the durians and chatted with one another in a “kampong spirit” environment.
