[FREE E-COURSES] SMO TRAINING FOR PCM SECTOR • SAFE RESTART CRITERIA FOR PCM EMPLOYEES
The Multi-Ministry Taskforce announced that the Circuit Breaker measures will gradually ease from 2 June 2020. The PCM sector will be allowed to resume work in phases, but in a safe and controlled manner to minimise the risk of a COVID-19 resurgence. To provide a safe working environment and to prevent transmission at the workplace, companies are required to adhere to the COVID-Safe Restart Criteria for PCM companies.
ASPRI-IPI is rolling out FREE e-courses via IPI CONNECT for:
• Safe Management Officers (SMO) Training for PCM Sector
This course is designed for the appointed SMOs and Safe Distancing Officers (SDOs) to understand the COVID-Safe Restart Criteria for PCM Sector and fulfil their required duties effectively.
• COVID-19 Safe Restart Criteria for PCM Employees
This course is designed for all employees working in the PCM Sector to fulfil the criteria of “Employers must carry out talks on good work practices for all workers before commencing work on site, and conduct follow up talks on a regular basis to remind workers. Records on such talks must be provided upon request by a Government inspector.”
