Dear Valued ASPRI Members,

[IMPORTANT] COVID-Safe Restart Criteria for PCM Companies

As part of the phased and controlled restart of the Process Construction Maintenance (PCM) sector starting 2 Jun 2020, employers must ensure Safe Management Measures (SMM) are implemented to continue working in a COVID-Safe Workforce. EDB Singapore (on behalf of the Ministry of Trade and Industry) has developed a set of guidelines for PCM companies according to the following:

A.    Process Construction Services Not Regulated Under The Building Control Act Or
B.    Process Turnaround Maintenance Services  For The Petroleum/Petrochemicals And Other Chemicals Manufacturing Sector

The guidelines have been further segregated to:
1.    Safe Worksite
2.    Safe Workforce
3.    Safe Accommodation
4.    Safe Transport

Members may refer to the detailed guidelines in this document titled ‘Safe Restart Criteria – PCM Companies (Pre-Final)’. Due to the fluidity of the situation, please note that there may be changes to the criteria. If there are updates, ASPRI will send a circular to follow up.

Should you have further clarification, please join us at our Zoom Webinar today where representatives from Government Agencies would be present to answer written questions posted by attendees. More details on the webinar below.
