Changes to the Jurong Island Bus Service (JIBS)
This is to inform you that the number of fixed scheduled bus trips during off-peak hours between 9.30am to 4.30pm & 7.30pm to 10.30pm will be reduced from 18 June 2018. Please find a copy of the new notice and schedule that we will be putting up at the JI checkpoint and existing JI bus stops attached.
We are also pleased to inform you that from 11 June 2018 onwards, the On-Demand Bus Service (ODBS) trial run by GrabShuttle Plus on Jurong Island during off-peak hours will be extended to Boon Lay MRT. Commuters will now be able to request pick-ups/drop offs from:
- Jurong Island Checkpoint and Service 98 Bus Stop
- Jurong Island companies’ main entrances
- Any existing Jurong Island Bus Stops
- Boon Lay MRT station Exit B Bus Bay (New)
You can download the GrabShuttle Plus App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The updated Grab poster shows the step-by-step instructions on how to download the App and book the bus trips.
