[Request for Information] Understanding your Recruitment Needs
On 27 August, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) announced a slew of changes to its foreign workforce policy, including raising the minimum qualifying salary for S Pass holders for the second time this year.
MOM’s criteria for approving work passes has been strengthened to support employment opportunities for locals.
To further incentivise employers to hire locals, the government has rolled out various programs such as Jobs Growth Incentive (JGI), Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) and P-Max.
Employers can receive up to 95% salary support to hire locals.
