UPDATES: Changes to the Jurong Island Bus Service (JIBS)
Further to the email sent earlier on changes to the Jurong Island Bus Service (JIBS), please find a copy of the notice that we will be putting up at the Jurong Island (JI) Checkpoint and existing JI bus stops attached.
We are also pleased to announce that we have appointed GrabShuttle Plus to run the On-Demand Bus Service (ODBS) trial on Jurong Island for off-peak hours. The trial will be commencing on 30 April 2018.
Through the GrabShuttle Plus App, commuters will be able to request pick-ups/drop-offs from:
- Jurong Island checkpoint
- Jurong Island companies’ main entrances
- Any existing Jurong Island bus stops
You can download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The attached poster shows the step-by-step instructions on how to download the App and book the bus trips.
Please assist to disseminate this information to your employees and JTC welcome all feedback on this new service.
