Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed lately?
Many of us struggle with stress on a daily basis. Be it relationship or work issues, as well as financial concerns, these are very common stressors. While some stress is normal and even positive to the person, excessive levels of stress could negatively affect one’s physical, social and emotional well-being.
The Association, together with Wong Fong Academy and WSH Council, would like to take this opportunity to invite ASPRI members to a webinar titled, “Mental Wellness: Stress Management”. The webinar aims to increase stress management awareness and introduce members to practical strategies to build resilience in order to cope with stress effectively.
The following topics would be covered during the webinar:

- How can I recognise the symptoms of stress?
- What are the practical strategies to cope with stress?
