ASPRI New Members

ASPRI is continuously working to connect, engage and grow the Process Construction and Maintenance (PCM) sector. One of our initiatives is to provide a platform for new members to introduce themselves to their fellow peers.

With that, we warmly welcome all the following new members for April 2022.

Call for members to conduct Safety Time Out

Tragically, there were 10 fatal workplace accidents in April 2022 alone.

This is an alarming spate of workplace fatal accidents, which is more than double the average pre-Covid level.  The WSH Council and ASPRI are jointly calling on members to conduct a Safety Time Out (STO) at a suitable date between 9 and 13 May.

ASPRI Social Night 2022

After more than 2 years, ASPRI finally hosted our first face to face social night at Kanpai 789. With more than 140 attendees from 69 member companies, it took a short while for them to warm up their engines as the attendees mingled freely amidst a free flow of beer, wine and food.

Membership comes with a host of privileges that can help boost performance and drive growth.

Established in 1997, the Association of Process Industry (ASPRI) is a membership-based trade association that represents the interest of companies in Singapore’s Process Industry. This includes the petroleum, petrochemical, specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical sectors. Our membership comprises mainly Engineering Service Providers (ESPs) that support the Process Industry in the areas of plant maintenance and plant construction.

ASPRI-IPI is the training division of ASPRI.  ASPRI collaborated with the Workforce Singapore (formerly WDA) to establish the ASPRI-Institute of Process Industry (ASPRI-IPI) in December 2008.  The Institute was set up to upgrade the skills and knowledge of workforce in the Process Industry and offers nationally recognized and comprehensive training and placement programmes for the Process Industry.

Located at Jalan Papan, ASPRI-Westlite Dormitory-Papan is Singapore’s first integrated and purpose-built workers accommodation. Embodying the concept of Live, Learn and Play, the full-fledged dormitory is a one stop spot for workers in the Process Construction and Maintenance (“PCM”) industry.
