We are now accepting formal bookings for room allocations.  Interested member may proceed to submit your booking form via ASPRI Dormitory Two Pte Ltd Booking Form (Open Booking), (subjected to the Terms & Conditions).

Configuration12 beds per room, each room comes with an en-suite kitchen and toilet. Complies fully with FEDA requirements.
Conditions for residency– Only work permit holders (WPH) from the Process sector
– From employers who are registered corporate members of ASPRI
– Unauthorised subletting is prohibited
Parking Spaces

– 20 small lorry parking lots ($150/month)
– 15 larger parking lots ($180/month)

3-months renewal basis. Subject to Dormitory Operator’s review of tenants’ requirements.

Please inform Dormitory Operator at point of tenancy signing.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Submission of the booking form does not guarantee room allocation.
  2. To formalise the room booking, the Dormitory Operator will notify you to finalize tenancy agreements and submit the final room deposit.
  3. Room reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
