Conditions for residency	– Only work permit holders (WPH) from the Process sector – From employers who are registered corporate members of ASPRI – Unauthorised subletting is prohibited
Parking Spaces	– 20 small lorry parking lots ($150/month) – 15 larger parking lots ($180/month) 3-months renewal basis. Subject to Dormitory Operator’s review of tenants’ requirements. Please inform Dormitory Operator at point of tenancy signing.
