Employees and outside parties, including trainees, customers, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders, are encouraged to report concerns regarding questionable accounting matters, conflicts of interest, collusion with competitors, unsafe work practices, harassment, fraud, corruption, or any other forms of misconduct.

 

Reports should be raised in writing with details such as the parties involved, dates or periods of occurrence, the type of concern, evidence where possible, and contact details for clarification if required.
