Important Government Regulatory Updates on DRC, LEVY and Enhanced R1

ASPRI would like to invite our members to a virtual session with Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and Economic Development Board (EDB) for a regulatory update on the DRC, Levy and Enhanced R1 that would take place effectively from 2024 onwards. The main points of discussions will be:
1. Reminder on the changes to DRC and levies, effective 2024.
2. Recap on the enhanced R1 and implementation timeframe which will be no earlier than 1 Jan 2026.
3. The ‘Grandfather Rule’ from 2024 to the commencement of the enhanced R1
