With barely 9 months left until 1 January 2026, time is running out for member companies to ensure their workers meet the additional training qualifications required to retain R1 (low levy) status.

Following the regulatory updates on the Enhanced R1 Framework announced on 2 February 2024, many members have raised concerns about these new requirements.
