Dear Valued ASPRI Members,
Notice on JTC Common Property Enforcement Rules
JTC is continually striving to provide a safer and better working environment for all occupants and visitors to their buildings and estates. In early 2018, they began regulating offences which posed health and safety risks in their buildings and estates.
The offences include but are not limited to, unauthorised structures; obstruction of common property; damage to common property; unlawful parking; carrying out works on common property; dumping or littering on common property; and unauthorised use or diversion of common utilities and services. The offences carry a maximum fine of $5,000.
By regulating these offences, JTC hope to be able to minimise or eliminate the risks that their customers and visitors in their buildings and estates face. They hope to work together with companies to create a better environment.
For further information or assistance, please contact your local facilities management provider or JTC at 1800-568-7000.
