To apply for the Esso Fleet Card, simply fill up the following four forms: ESSO Fleet Card Application Form GIRO Form Vehicle Information Form Customer Online Service Application Form Please email the completed forms to Ms. Diana Giam, Account Manager of ExxonMobil at diana.q.giam@exxonmobil.com. Kindly also indicate your ASPRI membership number in the email.
