The PCM IDP is a blueprint that will benefit PCM companies in various ways, such as:

  • Providing an easy-to-use, step-by-step guide to digital solutions to adopt at each stage of growth.
  • Identifying opportunities to boost growth and productivity.
  • Assessing one’s digitalisation level, with the help of the Self-Assessment Checklist.
  • Providing a consultancy service and advisory support.
  • Providing a slew of grants available to defray costs.

The roadmap consists of 3 stages:

  1. Streamlined operations and enhanced capabilities. Implement solutions to automate manual work processes.
  2. Integrated assets and innovative planning. Enhance productivity and efficiency through the adoption of integrated solutions.
  3. Intelligent business and automated operations. Leverage on advanced technologies to stay competitive.

During this challenging time, it is especially vital that PCM companies develop new capabilities, improve productivity and to stay competitive. Through digitalisation, companies will also need to look into job redesign to attract and retain local talents.

The Association is excited to look forward to your participation in this launch event to celebrate a significant milestone in the PCM sector, together with the industry stakeholders.

Our Warmest Regards,
