Renovation of Blk 2 (Visitor Pass Return) at Jurong Island Checkpoint
In order to provide more efficient services and facilities, renovation works will have to be done which in some ways might cause inconvenience. Ultimately, JTC hopes to continuously provide you with the best.
Hence, as part of the checkpoint renovation, we would like to inform that Blk 2 (Returning Pass Office for visitors) will be closed down from 21 August 2018 (starting 7pm) to 21 September 2018.
Visitors who are driving will have to park at the alternative waiting area while returning their visitor pass and collecting their identification documents.
Please refer to the attached alternate parking arrangement during the renovation period for Blk 2 Returning Pass Office.
Please note that during morning peak (Monday- Saturday, 6.30am to 8.30am), the alternate waiting area is different due to peak hour reversible flow.
Aetos security officers would be deployed to guide the visitors to park at the correct locations for the returning of passes.
