PSG supports businesses to adopt IT solutions, equipment & consultancy services to improve productivity.

ii) Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)

EDG helps Singapore companies grow and transform with support for projects under 3 pillars:

• Projects under Core Capabilities centers around strengthening businesses’ foundations. This goes beyond basic functions such as sales and accounting.
• Projects under Innovations & Productivity centers around exploring new areas of growth or ways to enhance efficiency, be it through redesigning current processes or tapping into automation & technologies.
• Projects under Market Access centers around assisting companies willing and ready to venture overseas, including defraying some of the related costs.

iii) SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)

SFEC encourages & supports employers to invest in enterprise transformation and the capabilities of their employees.

iv) Career Conversion Programme (CCP)

CCP supports companies in meeting their manpower needs by either re-skilling mid-career new hires and workers; or job redesign reskilling of existing workers. The programme includes salary support and industry-recognised training.

Skills Guide & Training

Skills Framework (SFw)

Jointly developed by IMDA, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Workforce Singapore (WSG), together with industry associations, educations institutions, training providers, organisations and unions, SFw provides information about industry, jobs, career pathways, skills maps and competencies, and training programmes.

This common set of transparent information can be used by different stakeholders such as, employees, employers, and government to make informed decisions.

Cybersecurity

CSA SG Cyber Safe Programme

Launched by the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA), the SG Cyber Safe Programme aims to help enterprises better protect themselves in the digital domain and raise their cybersecurity posture; regardless of size. This initiative also includes resources such as toolkits for different stakeholders for every organisation, and developing a Cybersecurity Health Plan with their Chief Information Security Officers-as-a-service (CISOaaS).

SMEs Go Digital Programme by IMDA

Launched in April 2017, the SMEs Go Digital programme aims to make going digital simpler for SMEs with resources such as industry digital plans, pre-approved digital solutions with grant support and digital consultancy services, accessible via Chief Technology Officer-as-a-Service (CTOaaS).
