As a condition for entry into Singapore, CMP workers with an entry approval granted by MOM must comply with the prevailing entry approval requirement as stated in their entry approval emails. Employers must pay for their workers’ entry charges and ensure they comply with the measures.
As the requirements are subject to change based on the global situation, you may refer to these requirements on the MOM website here.
The entry approval requirements mentioned in the MOM website above are for employers who are applying to bring their CMP workers in through MOM. For CMP workers on IPA from Bangladesh, India or Myanmar, you may consider other industry-led schemes to bring them in.
Employers and workers have a joint duty to fulfil the entry approval requirements listed on the MOM website above. Enforcement measures, including criminal proceedings, revocation of passes and suspension of work pass privileges, will be taken for non-compliance or false declaration.
