Time flies and once again, ASPRI Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021 is around the corner. This year’s AGM will be on 21 July 2021 (Wednesday), 3:30pm.
In consideration that the current COVID-19 situation is in the heightened alert phase, ASPRI will continue convening our AGM virtually this year, pursuant to the relevant order under the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020.
Voting to pass the Resolutions would be strictly via the Voting by Proxy Form. Please refer to the Step by Step guide to register early for the virtual ASPRI AGM 2021. Meanwhile, members are encouraged to email their proposed agendas or questions to president@aspri.com.sgno later than 2 July 2021 (Friday), 3:00pm.
